I believe too many people in this world are living well below their potential because they are under nourished and under fed. I am not talking starving but they have no idea how good their body and mind are designed to feel because they aren't fuelling themselves adequately.

Because I go through different stages (dieting for a comp, maintaining weight and growth phases), the recipes in this book vary in calories and amount of carbs. Most can be adjusted to be higher or lower in carbs/calories if needed.
