Meet your coach - Eljay

Online and F2F coach specialising in helping women get stronger, more energetic and confident.


I combine my passions for rural life, health and fitness to help women improve the fitness of their mind, body and soul through a blend of strength training, nutrition education and mindset work via online coaching. I have over 9 years of personal experience in the gym that has helped shape me to be the confident and authentic woman I am today.

I have been a qualified personal trainer with certificate in fitness level 3 and 4 for over 6 years plus hold a Precision nutrition level 1 certified and hold a cert in applied women's nutrition.

I have the ability to juggle the many roles of horse rider, business owner, WBFF competitor and rural women working casually on a farm because I am passionate about fuelling my body well, prioritising strength training and self care activities because these are things that give me the energy to live such a busy lifestyle.

I am a huge advocate that in order to give quality to your family, the farm, your animals and your job you need to first look after you, it all starts with you. 

As a rural woman and horse rider myself I am able to connect and resonate with you. I am wildly passionate about helping rural women just like myself, to educate and empower them to gain confidence to live their most authentic life.
